Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services, memberships, events, and other offerings provided by The Lean Founder, a brand operated by SaaS Bazen BV. By purchasing or participating in any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services and Products

The Lean Founder organizes events, hosts social groups, and creates content for both members and the public. Some events and memberships are offered for a fee, with pricing clearly indicated for each specific offering. Memberships are delivered as virtual products and services, while event tickets are provided via email after purchase.

Payments and Refunds

All payments for our services and products must be made upfront by invoice. Late payments are subject to default penalties as established under Dutch law. For event tickets, cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Member Obligations and Confidentiality

Membership in The Lean Founder community requires all members to uphold the confidentiality of discussions, shared resources, and other sensitive data. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing information discussed within the community outside of its boundaries unless explicit written permission has been granted.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to The Lean Founder, including but not limited to videos, blog articles, and other resources, remain the sole property of SaaS Bazen BV. Members and participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share these resources without obtaining prior written consent from us.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, members or clients are encouraged to submit their concerns directly to our team via email. We are committed to addressing disputes promptly and fairly in accordance with Dutch law. For matters related to personal data and privacy, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Amendments to Terms

SaaS Bazen BV reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to our members and clients in a timely manner. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

SaaS Bazen BV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
